Javier is incredibly knowledgeable about coffee, but he also has a deep commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing. Direct trade with farms

At Caribbean Goods, we give farmers more control and ensure they are paid fairly for their work. We cut out the middleman, pay upfront and pay more than they would receive selling their coffee in the commodity market.

Planting Trees

We plant a tree for every bag of 30kg of coffee from Hunbatz! With Trees for Life UK, we have planted hundreds of trees in the Scottish highlands; check it out.

Sustainable Farming

We work with sustainable farms, using new techniques that use 90% less water than traditional coffee farming practices. Others have water treatment facilities where the water gets re-introduce to the process.
