1.3 All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Purchaser to purchase goods subject to these Terms.

1.4 The Company does not contract on Purchaser's terms and conditions. Any acceptance or counter offer by a Purchaser will be in accordance with the Company's terms and to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any such terms and conditions which the Purchaser may purport to apply under any Purchase Order, confirmation of order or similar document, whether signed or acknowledged by the Company or not.

1.5 No variation of a Contract shall be effective unless it is in writing, refers expressly to these Terms and is signed by a statutory director of the Company.
